When you get to the order form on our site, you will notice in the address line, that there is an 'https://' rather than an 'http://'.  The 's' indicates that you are on a secure page and the small padlock appears.  When your credit card or checking account information is transmitted to our Merchant Service for validation, it is encrypted and only our Merchant Service has the digital "key" that will unencrypt that data.

Shipping

• Orders received after 3:00 pm will be processed the next business day.
• Custom Canine Cookies™ ships our cookies via USPS Priority Mail.
• We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives intact, however we can not be responsible for damage incurred during shipping.

Cancellation

Orders are processed as they are received.  Cancellations are allowed only if your order has not begun processing.

 

Returns

• If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you ordered, Custom Canine Cookies™ will do one of the following.  Your choice:
• Refund the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
• Exchange the unused portion for a different product of equal or lesser value, less shipping and handling.
  Contact us for instructions on how to conduct an exhange or refund.
  (NO refunds or exchanges on custom orders.)
• Custom Canine Cookies™ will not give refunds or exchanges for products spoiled due to mishandling or failure to store product according to instructions on packaging.

Sales Restrictions

• Custom Canine Cookies™ sales are prohibited outside the US or to Vermont residents.
